How are trading cards packaged for shipping?
We take protection seriously. All individual cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader, then secured between cardboard slabs to prevent bending during transit.
What is your return policy on booster boxes and sealed products?
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we only accept returns on sealed products if the original factory shrink-wrap is intact. Once a box or pack is opened, it is ineligible for return.
Do you offer grading services for collectibles?
While we do not grade cards in-house, we offer raw grade estimates in our descriptions. We also frequently stock pre-graded slabs from PSA, BGS, and SGC.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Are the cards you sell guaranteed to be authentic?
Absolutely. Every item in our shop undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our experts to ensure it is 100% authentic before it is listed for sale.
Do you buy collections or offer trade-ins?
